Breakfast Usage To prepare a nutritious breakfast with the Herbalife® Formula 1 Shake, mix two tablespoons (26 grams) of your preferred shake flavor with 250ml of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat - not suitable for vegans) or your favorite milk alternative.
For the Herbalife® Instant Herbal Beverage, mix half a teaspoon (approximately 1.7g) of the chosen beverage flavor with 250ml of hot or cold water. Drink it whenever you feel the need.
